i got a stocking stuffer of sublime hot chocolate earlier this year...it's dagoba organic hot chocolate-- called "xocolatl"-- with chilies and cinnamon.....it even has a lovely ritual 'stirring' method.....11 (yes it goes up to 11) times this a way, 11 times that a way.....and it's made in oregon....and it's fair-trade......

but it ain't cheap....then again quality never ever is.....
